  15. DESCRIPTION
  16.      spider is a particularly challenging double-deck  solitaire.
  17.      Unlike most solitaires, it provides extraordinary opportuni-
  18.      ties for the skillful player to overcome  bad  luck  in  the
  19.      deal by means of careful analysis and complex manipulations.
  20.      The spider program does not actually play the game for  you,
  21.      but  rather  takes the place of the cards (by displaying the
  22.      tableau on the screen) and keeping a record of the  game  so
  23.      that  you  can  follow out long lines of play without losing
  24.      track of where you started from.

  26.      spider when compiled with XView has  a  property  sheet  for
  27.      defining  resources.   The  property  sheet is on the "File"
  28.      menu item.  To be sure spot help is active, set the environ-
  29.      ment  variable  HELPDIR  to  the  directory  containing  the
  30.      spider.info file.
